Town councils get together to promote carnivals

The councils of Lloret, Tossa and Blanes have united for the second year running to promote their local carnivals, which they’ve jointly branded the Carnival of the Costa Brava.

Lloret will host the first parade at 4pm on Saturday 9th February and the following day at noon. Blanes is next, with the parade starting at 5pm on Sunday. Finally, Lloret’s parade will take place on Sunday 23rd February from 6pm.

A spokesman said that the town councils are working on other joint projects that will be announced shortly.
