The Guardian reports on new Palamós cookery school

Andrew Allen from the Guardian visited the new cookery school at Palamós, attached to the fishing museum. There he saw a local fisherman and chef demonstrate how to make arròs a la cassola de l’Empordà, a really authentic dish from the Ampurdan area of the Costa Brava.
