PGA Catalunya golf resort sold 25 properties in 2012

Luxury golf complex PGA Catalunya Resort reported closing 2012 on a positive note with the sale of 25 properties throughout the year, despite the poor economic conditions that continue in Europe.

According to a report in El Punt Avui, the Daily Telegraph rates PGA Catalunya Report as one of the best investment opportunities, which has attracted buyers from around Europe.

The gold course, which is just off the N-II near Caldes de Malavella, is currently the best in Spain according to World Top 100 Golf Courses You Can Play.
