Employment in Girona up 4.5% year on year

Unemployment in Girona province dropped by 4,700 in March, a fall of 2.33% compared with February and the strongest figures for new job creation in Catalonia.

Year on year the figure was even better, representing a drop of 4.54%. Many of the new jobs will be seasonal and short term contracts, but it does increasingly look as if the worst is over.
