Bona diada from Costa Brava Lifestyle

Today is the diada de Catalunya, Catalonia’s national day, which this year will be marked by a 480 kilometre human chain in support of Catalan independence.

The mass protest, the via Catalana, will, at 17:14, run from Catalonia’s border with France down to the border with Valencia in the south passing through Barcelona (and, indeed, Camp Nou along the way).

I’m hoping to shoot some video of the event, and will hope to get it edited and uploaded late in the day, and maybe some TV coverage for the website.
