Begur camping

The low massif surrounding Begur which plunges into the sea gives the coastline its dramatic character but also means the area isn’t ideal for campsites. Begur is limited to just two campsites but both are set among the trees so you get plenty of natural shade.

This area of the Costa Brava is quite spectacular, with small coves rather than long sandy beaches. It’s well worth exploring but the winding roads can get quite busy in the summer.

Càmping Begur

Carretera d’Esclanyà Km 2

Located within an area of forest, Càmping Begur offers tree shaded pitches ranging in size from 50 m² up to a whopping 160 m². The eco-friendly campsite has the usual rental options including glamping, studio apartments and chalets. Within its grounds are 27 barbeque areas and a supermarket where you can buy produce. The campiste also has a swimming pool and snack bar, laundry facilities, a fitness area, cash machine and charging point for electric vehicles. Begur is around 1.5 km from Càmping Begur and the nearest beach about 3 km.
