Sample local wines at the Ampurdan Wine Show in Figueres this weekend

Yesterday saw the inauguration of the 29th Ampurdan Wine Show in Figueres. A total of 17 producers are taking part in the event which will run until Sunday with a total of 6,500 tasting tickets at €10 expecting to be sold, while visitor numbers are expected to top 10,000.

If you’re in Figueres this weekend there are worse things I can think of doing.
