Great success for Figueres circus festival

Since ticket sales opened on Thursday the Circus Festival in Figueres has already sold 20,000 out of a possible 25,000 tickets, 6,000 more than we’re sold during last year’s event.

The director of the festival says they are extremely satisfied with ticket sales despite a number of obstacles in organising this year’s event.

The festival offers a selection of world’s elite circus acts that includes trapeze artists, acrobats, jugglers and clowns and features more than 60 brand new artists coming from 12 countries in Europe.

The festival runs until February 25th at Castell de Sant Ferran and remaining tickets are available from the festival’s website.
