El Cellar de Can Roca to hit the road

The three brothers behind the award winning El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona is to tour the world to demonstrate how they prepare their avant guard dishes.

While on tour, aptly named the Roca & Roll World Tour, the restaurant will close as the brothers will be accompanied by 26 chefs and waiters. WSJ has a full article about the restaurant and tour below.
