To apply for the NIE on the Costa Brava you will need to download and complete form EX-15 and present it at a police station or Foreigner’s Office with your passport and photocopy.

Note that some areas of Spain do not accept the EX-15. Instead they will provide you with the correct form when you apply, to be completed on site.
